I'm doing Dogcember again! This is an art activity like inktober where you draw something each day- but this is only dogs. I'm not going by prompts, but there are probably some lists out there. Last time I tried this out I never got past week one or so. Even then I kept skipping days and having to make up for them. Technically I'm late with this one too, but only by a couple of hours. For this golden retriever puppy I used a little more creative liberty with adding in the patterns. Happy holidays guys! :]

Characters are me (falling person) and my friend. As you can tell from the sad Roblox ending, I didn't really take this seriously. It was a lot of fun though! Together we're coming up with ideas for a series of goofy pun-related cartoon shorts.
You can buy it on my Spreadshirt! :)
This is a drawing I did a while back of a female Asiatic Rhinoceros Beetle. Rhinoceros Beetles are part of the Scarab family. Asiatic Rhino Beetles eat the fronds and shoots of developing palm trees in tropical Asia and Pacific islands. They also feed on dead and decaying plant matter. The males have longer horns than the females, and they use those horns to fight each other for mating rights. The females just chill.
Sometimes they are kept as pets, and a lot of other times they are pests. As stowaways, they make their ways to other countries and eat native and farmed plants. This can disrupt the balance of ecosystems if they get out of hand, like when nothing in the area wants to eat a bug like them and they can multiply without any natural control. P.S.: Beetles don't have eyes like the way I drew, I made it look more 'vertebrate-ish' as a stylistic choice. Hey guys! This is my character Ham, a grizzly bear. Grizzly bears are a subspecies of brown bears and can be around eight feet tall standing on their hind legs and are [somewhat surprisingly] around three and a half feet tall on all fours. They're shorter than other brown bear subspecies. They're called grizzlies for the silver-tipped fur on their backs which give them a grizzled look. Their claws are two inches long at the minimum but can get longer than four. Like most bears, they are omnivorous and opportunists, meaning they would be inclined to eat whatever they can find.
I drew this guy on my first ever twitch stream! My chat helped me create an interesting backstory for him. Ham divorced his wife, Beef the polar bear, 32 years ago. They are still on good terms and are great friends- things simply just did not work out. When the divorce was settled, Ham moved out of Beef's bearpartment. The only food he brought with him in his car was a loaf of raisin bread. Ham hates raisin bread, and when he took a bite- he was filled with so much grief and disgust that he underwent mitosis! In the other seat next to him, sat Moh. Moh was everything annoying, rude, and boring about Ham. Ham ended up being so terrified that he crashed back into his ex's yard. To be continued! [ Art streamed LIVE on Specs_Scribbles - Twitch ] Here is my fanart of good old Garfield. Garfield is a wonderful individual and I love him a lot.
[character belongs to Jim Davis]
Here is a small family drawing of some pet, or fancy, rats! Fancy rats are no wild animal. They've been living with humans as pets for so long. They're friendly, affectionate, can learn tons of tricks, and can be litter trained! They bite less than hamsters and guinea pigs, and love being around humans and other rats. They actually always have to be in groups or pairs as without another rat friend to do rat stuff with they will become ill and very depressed. They still love human companionship! When happy, they 'brux', grinding their teeth. They might even boggle! Boggling is where their eyes sort of seem to wiggle when they brux.
Here is a sheep and some goats that I've drawn recently. The black goat and the brown sheep are domestic, and the white ram is a wild mountain goat. All three are in the same clade, or group, ungulates! Other members of the clade include hippopotamuses, horses, deer, and pigs. They all share one specific trait- having hooves! Humans have been domesticating all sorts ungulates ever since agriculture began, so now we have cows, sheep, and goats.
Hey guys! Here's my fanart of Tails from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Tails is a fox who is a very loyal friend, and a great mechanic. He has two tails which he can spin like helicopter blades. He's essentially an attack helicopter. Tails has had tons of varying designs over the years, but I decided to follow his design in the TV series Sonic Boom. I'm already drawing Sonic and some of Tails's other friends, so look out for that! :D
Here's Iritz, a rat character I made! It's a domestic rat. I really liked the design I made, so I decided that it would be my 'fursona' or an animal character that could represent me in comics and other drawings, like when I don't feel like drawing people. Although some might say that a fursona would be specifically for members of the furry fandom, I don't consider myself a furry. They're still pretty neat, though!
I'll be posting more art soon. Seeya all later! :> Hey everyone! This is a spotted hyena. Spotted hyenas are not endangered yet, with populations high in most areas, but their numbers are declining rather quickly due to population loss, culling, and poaching. In some areas they are fully protected species, and in others they are considered vermin. Although they aren't in major trouble yet, they could be in the future- just like giraffes, lions, and rhinos.
('fun' fact! Hyenas have white poop.) Ello! This is Paella the Pallas Cat Girl, an anthro character I made. She likes dancing, feeding birds, and cooking. I drew her on paper and she didn't look quite like a pallas cat, but I was able to edit and refine the sketch in gimp. before creating the lineart and coloring her in.
Anyways, in real life, Pallas Cats or manuls are endangered in some countries, but are comepletely extinct in others! They get hunted for their fur and are captured and shipped haphazardly for the exotic pet trade (where they may not even be taken care of properly). Hello everyone, it's-a-me-a! Just wasted my time animating Super Mario doing a funky dance. When you play the Super Mario 64 PC emulator, there's a way that you can glitch Mario out so he does a dance like this! :D
Howdy partners! Here's an anthropomorphic catgirl I drew. I sketched her on paper first and then put her in Gimp to do the lineart and colors. :3
Here's another fanart of a character from Outcast of Redwall! This is how I've always imagined Nightshade the shaman fox. Can she really see the future and cast spells? Who knows! I won't give spoilers but it seems like some of her predictions really made sense and even were true. H M M M . . .
This is my artistic interpretation of Veil Sixclaw, the son of Swartt Sixclaw the ferret warlord. I won't give spoilers, but he tends to get away with a lot of bad stuff by acting cute and faking crying- which he can really pull off! He even tried to poison someone once and almost got away with it- aaAAAAA!! I'm giving spoilers! D:
This is Swartt Sixclaw the ferret warlord, the main villain of Outcast of Redwall by Brian Jaques! It was an amazing book! I was absolutely blown away. I also really liked how each character had their own accents and ways of speaking, like Swartt's "Oi ye slimy searats, catch that there smelly badg'r or off wit your 'eds!" It really made each character unique. :> I won't give any spoilers, though, but Swartt is a real heccin stinker.
Here are some pictures from two years ago of my spidered sliding door! When a repairman was fixing it, a nail was hit at just the angle to create this interesting pattern.
Hey everyone! Here's a short looping animation of a dog that I made using Scratch. I used Bandicam to screencapture it to turn it into a gif, hence the logo on top. I got inspired to make this after seeing some tutorials on youtube. I'm Irizpup_the_Crow on Scratch, by the way! :D
This is another fruitifuzz. This is a Kabocha Squash Fruitifuzz! they can be either red or green, and are fluffy and chubby. They look a whole lot like their namesake, the real Kabocha Squash. Kabocha squashes originate from Japan. They are sweet and have bright yellow insides. I like them a lot!
